The Six Essential Attitudes
of Effective Leadership
Six Essentials is designed to enhance the leadership skills and attitudes administrators, managers and supervisors in their workplaces. This means that effective leaders must understand how they come across to their employees and they must constantly remember that leadership is a “people” affair.
Six Essentials has a twofold purpose: (1) To provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes required of effective leaders; and (2) to assist administrators, managers and supervisors in applying their newly acquired skills and attitudes the very next day on their jobs. Participants will:
- Increase the self-awareness of their leadership strengths, talents and abilities
- Improve relationships and increase empathy and respect for others
- Learn to enhance the attitude of self-motivation in the workplace
- Develop effective listening and communication skills
- Develop new time management skills for improved productivity
